You may attend public meetings in person at Garden City Hall located at 6015 Glenwood Street, Garden City, Idaho.

Meeting Calendar

The regularly held City Council meetings are at 6:00 pm on the second and forth Mondays of the month. links: City Council Agendas; City Council Agenda Packet

The Planning and Zoning Commission meetings are at 6:30 the third Wednesday of the month. Both of these meetings are held in the Council Chambers. link: Planning and Zoning Agendas

The Parks and Waterways meeting is bimonthly at 4:30pm in the Mayor's Conference Room.

How to Attend a Meeting Virtually

Some helpful hints for participating in a virtual public meeting:

Join the meeting 15 minutes early to allow time for any installation and setup that is required. This will also give us the opportunity to make sure that we can hear you and that you can hear us. If you cannot hear us or we cannot hear you, we will ask you to call in (you can still view the meeting on Zoom).
Turn on your webcam if available to make communication easier.
Earphones for your devices (computer, phone, etc.) are very helpful.
If you do not have earphones, try to distance yourself from other devices to reduce microphone feedback.
Use audio/mic through computer or phone, but not both. If you use your computer for video and your phone for audio/mic, ensure that audio/mic is turned off on your computer.
Do not use a speakerphone (to reduce echo and reverberation).
Please make sure you are un-muted as a participant. We will keep you muted on our end unless you are a part of the deciding board or speaking.
Use the Raise Hand feature to request to speak.
If you wish to testify make sure that you are signed in with both your first and last name spelled out.
State your name before you speak.
