PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept incomplete applications or applications that refer to materials in other applications.
Please allow up to 10 business days for a sign review to be completed. Once the sign review is approved, and the sign fees are paid, you will be contacted by email with the Sign Permit and instructions.
How to Determine Fees
Below is the Fee Schedule depending on the type and size of the sign. Initial Administrative Set Up: $80.00 +
- Freestanding, Hanging, Monument or Wall: $160.00
- Billboard: $180.00
- Directional: $180.00
- Promotional (Annual): $80.00 + $40.00 / amendment
- Multi-Tenant: $600.00
- If sign is Internally Illuminated: $80.00 + Sign Fee
- If sign contains Automated Sign: $345.00 + Sign Fee
Completion of Your Sign
After your sign is erected, please call (208) 472-2921 or email building@gardencityidaho.org to schedule a sign inspection. Once the sign inspection is approved, you will be emailed a Certificate of Compliance.
