Property Information Report (Zoning Certification Letter)

Submit a complete application package to building@gardencityidaho.org.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept incomplete applications or applications that refer to materials in other applications.  

How to Apply

Complete a Planning Submittal Form so that we have the correct contact and property information. Please check the “Zoning Certificate” box. As most companies requesting a zoning certification letter have their own specific questions, we would request that you submit your specific questions.

A typical application will incur the following fees:

  • Zoning Certificate of Compliance

 

You may complete a Credit Card Authorization Form and submit it to building@gardencityidaho.org.
