There is a 15 day appeal period where applicants or someone who provided written or verbal testimony on the application may appeal the decision.  If no appeal is received, the decision is final.  If there is an appeal, it will be scheduled in accordance with Garden City Code 8-6A-9: Link

Applications are required to be submitted on the city approved form(s).  A link to the current forms is located here: link

The applications and forms most commonly associated with this application are:

Appeal form (to appeal a staff, Design Review, or Planning and Zoning Commission decision), or

Dangerous Building Appeal (to appeal a determination of dangerous building)

Please submit one copy of all application materials and all application materials in electronic format in person or via mail.  The electronic materials can be emailed to building@gardencityidaho.org.  Please note that application materials must be submitted either in person or to building@gardencityidaho.org to be considered formally submitted.
