The Community Forum is intended to be legislative in nature and limited to gathering public input on general policy matters. The Community Forum is not intended to be, and shall not be conducted as, a meeting of the Mayor and City Council under Idaho's Open Meeting Laws, and shall not be used for deliberation, decision-making, or action by the Mayor or City Council.
