Design Review Consultant(s) review is required for the following types of projects:
- New construction (nonresidential and residential units where two or more attached/detached dwelling units are adjacent to one another on separate properties or on a single site
- Major and minor alterations
- Large-scale construction
- Development in specific locations as forth under Garden City Code Title 8-4C-2.
- Subdivisions or Planned Unit Developments
- Specific Area Plans
- Code or Comprehensive Plan amendments that include amendments that will affect physical features.
