Alternate Forms of Noticing

When mailed notice is required of two hundred (200) or more property owners, alternate forms of notice may be provided by the city as follows:

1. Posting of the notice in three (3) conspicuous locations within the city;
2. Making notice available to all forms of media for use as a public service announcement; and
3. Paid advertisement of notice of at least 2" X 4" in the Idaho Statesman.
