  • Form Standards: Reduces maximum height from no limit (R-3) to 35 feet (R-2). Increases setbacks, with front setbacks changing from 5’ to 15’ and streetside setbacks from 5’ to 20’ (garage setbacks remain 20’).
  • Uses: Eliminates many nonresidential and higher-intensity residential uses permitted or conditionally permitted in R-3
