CPAFY2024-0002: Comprehensive Plan Amendment. The purpose of the amendments is to update the Fire District’s capital improvement plan in compliance with Idaho Code Section 67-8208 as the basis of the enactment by the City Council of the City of Garden City of the Fire District’s development impact fees for the Fire District pursuant to an intergovernmental agreement pursuant to Idaho Code Section 67-8204A.
