Property Information Report (Zoning Certification Letter)

Submit a complete application package to building@gardencityidaho.org.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept incomplete applications or applications that refer to materials in other applications.  

 

How To Apply:

Complete a Planning Submittal Form so that we have the correct contact and property information. Please check the “Zoning Certificate” box. As most companies requesting a zoning certification letter have their own specific questions, we would request that you submit your specific questions. 

Fees:

The fee is $53.00/hour with a one hour minimum and processed per request, which is paid at submittal. Please provide a payment of $53.00 with your application to commence the review. You may complete a Credit Card Form or call (208) 472-2921 to process a payment by phone.

Once the review is complete we will let you know of any additional fees. Once paid we will issue you the requested letter(s).
