Resubmittal Process
PLEASE DO NOT SEND DOCUMENTS DIRECTLY TO THE REVIEWERS. THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT THESE AS SUBMITTALS.
Resubmittals require the use of the Resubmittal Form. Please include this form with your revised documents.
The resubmittal form gives the Reviewer(s) information on the revisions of the documents and/or drawings provided. If this is provided with the revised or additional material, it can help shorten the review time.
**We recommend that you resubmit responses to all reviewers for a review cycle at one time to avoid delays and expenses.
***If your project has been assigned to ProjectDox, Civil Plans or documents related to a Public Works Application are submitted to building@gardencityidaho.org.
ProjectDox Resubmittals - Documents and/or drawings that are resubmitted due to a request for revisions from Reviewers should have the same PDF Description and name as the document you are replacing. This will help ProjectDox replace the item. It will show a "V2" (generally in blue) next to the document once it's been uploaded.
- Make sure you address all reviewers comments, before resubmitting, once the review process starts, no additional documents can be uploaded. This will result in longer review times.
