The City of Garden City is proposing the rezone of certain properties west of Glenwood Street to better align with the Garden City Comprehensive Plan. This initiative is a result of community discussions during the code amendment process associated with file CPAFY2024-0004, which led to the creation of the R-M (Medium Density Residential) zoning district.
